Famous Jockeys Series Of 48 No. 1 J. Dines In The Colours Of Mr. Adam Boazman
Johnny Dines Rode Jean’s Dream to victory in the Manchester November Handicap of 1933, in Mr. A. Boazman’s colours. He was apprenticed to the Irish trainer, J. Musker, and rode over 500 winners during five seasons in Ireland before coming to England and joining J. Killalee’s stable at Epsom. Dines gave a perfect exhibition of horsemanship when he won the 1927 Cesarewitch on Eagle’s Pride, and later, in the 1929 Cambridgeshire, when successful on Double Life. In 1934 he won the Lincolnshire Handicap on Play On, and the Liverpool Cup on Gay Dancer.
